Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM / SOM / ITSM Developer (P2) with strong technical expertise in ServiceNow platform implementation, customization, and administration. The role involves designing and developing scalable ServiceNow solutions with integrations, automation, and portal enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform across CSM and ITSM modules.
  • Develop and customize applications using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, and REST APIs.
  • Create and manage Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Catalog Forms.
  • Design and develop Service Portal widgets, perform portal customization, and enhance user experience.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP, Data Sources, and Import Sets.
  • Develop and manage Flow Designer workflows for automation and integrations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
  • Support Knowledge Management and implement best practices in platform design and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and support.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in CSM / ITSM modules.
  • Expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS) and REST API integration.
  • Strong understanding of Service Portal implementation and customization.
  • Proven experience in building complex ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (CSM / ITSM / HRSD)
