Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will act as a critical bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment through effective requirement gathering, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will combine business consulting expertise with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement elicitation through workshops, interviews, and analysis of business processes.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for solution design.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and propose process improvements.
  • Support testing phases by validating requirements against delivered solutions.
  • Document workflows, use cases, and business rules to ensure clarity and traceability.
  • Provide business consulting to guide decision-making and solution adoption.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in consulting or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge of both business processes and technical systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Industry certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
  • Experience in digital transformation or enterprise application projects.
  • Exposure to data analytics and process automation tools.
