Experience: 5 – 9 Years

Salary Range: ₹1,00,000 – ₹25,00,000 per annum

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Senior AV Engineer to manage advanced troubleshooting and support for AV systems. This role involves resolving Level 2 and Level 3 issues, with expertise in Cisco and Microsoft AV environments. The engineer will provide on-site programming support and ensure operational excellence of all AV equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary Level 2 resource for break-fix issues on AV systems.
  • Perform Level 3 troubleshooting for complex AV-related challenges.
  • Adjust and support programming of AV systems to meet user and operational needs.
  • Provide technical support for Cisco and Microsoft AV technologies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver end-to-end AV support.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
  • Respond to and manage AV incidents and service requests efficiently.
  • Support additional AV OEM technologies as required.

Qualifications:

  • 5–9 years of experience in AV support, particularly in Cisco and Microsoft environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and resolving AV hardware/software issues.
  • Experience with programming and configuring AV systems.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Must be based in Bangalore, India.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with AV OEMs beyond Cisco and Microsoft.
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to stay current with AV technology trends.
