Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Data Scientist with a strong analytical mindset, robust programming skills, and excellent client-facing communication abilities. This role is ideal for someone who can lead data-driven projects, mentor teams, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of data science solutions for business challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical tasks
- Build and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics
- Clean, prepare, and analyze large and complex data sets
- Deliver compelling visualizations and clearly communicate insights using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a collaborative data science culture
- Stay updated on emerging data science trends, tools, and technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and R (preferred)
- Strong grasp of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data wrangling techniques
- Hands-on experience with relational databases and cloud data platforms
- Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView)
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects
