Job Description

5D Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Development – Application Developer specializing in SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management (FICA). The ideal candidate will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements, while ensuring seamless IT service delivery and user support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring timely incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and third-party service providers, to deliver high-quality IT services.

  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards, while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization by leveraging SAP FICA expertise.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP for Utilities Billing.

  • Strong knowledge of IT production systems, including incident, issue, and outage management.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve FICA-related technical issues.

  • Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
