Our client is seeking a Sales Manager – Agency responsible for recruiting and managing quality Associate Partners, enabling them to generate business and meet revenue targets for SasteGhar.com. This is a hybrid role involving both office-based coordination and field sales support.
Location: Punjab, India
Job Type: Permanent
Working Mode: Hybrid (Office + Field)
Experience Required: 3 – 5 Years
Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Recruiting Quality Associate Partners:
- Regular prospecting to onboard new partners.
- Minimum 2 hours of daily outreach to schedule meetings.
- Conduct at least 10 in-office screenings monthly.
- Invite 16 qualified prospects to Career Seminars each month.
Achieving Sales and Revenue Targets:
- Create and manage a robust sales funnel.
- Monitor and improve CMSC (Calls, Meetings, Sales, Closures) scores.
- Set and track monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals for Associate Partners.
Facilitating Sales for Associate Partners:
- Conduct 10 field sales demonstrations.
- Observe at least 5 sales calls to guide partners.
- Assist partners with deal closures.
Skill Development of Associate Partners:
- Conduct GID (Goal Identification Discussion) monthly.
- Practice sales role plays to improve performance.
- Organize targeted training sessions based on performance needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in sales and channel partner management.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and field sales skills.
- A proactive mindset with a result-driven approach.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
Note: Candidate will join client on fulltime payroll.
