Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled RPA UiPath Developer to join our Cigna – International Business OIA POD team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, with the ability to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath in accordance with business requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with process owners and business stakeholders to understand as-is processes and design optimized automation process flows.
- Develop workflows leveraging UiPath components such as Activities, Selectors, OCR, and Exception Handling.
- Configure and manage automation processes within UiPath Orchestrator.
- Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
- Apply OCR technologies where applicable.
- Follow best practices and maintain detailed documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience with UiPath and RPA development.
- Proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath components (Activities, Workflows, Selectors, OCR, Exception Handling).
- Experience with process design and automation architecture.
- UiPath Developer or UiPath Professional Certification is a strong advantage.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
