Location: North-East India
Experience: 15–16 years
Qualification: Master’s in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Public Health (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead program implementation and management aligned with organizational goals
- Coordinate with project teams and departments for seamless execution
- Conduct capacity-building sessions with government and frontline workers
- Facilitate trainings using innovative methods
- Ensure documentation, data analysis, and reporting
Skills Required:
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, Assamese, and other North-Eastern languages
- Skilled in MS Office, data analysis, and presentations
- Experience in public health, advocacy, and stakeholder coordination
