Position Overview
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (Candidate Concierge Coordinator) to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for both in-person candidate support and behind-the-scenes scheduling and coordination, playing a vital role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming interview experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Escort & Onsite Experience (In-Person Duties)
- Welcome and escort multiple candidates daily for their onsite interviews.
- Create a professional and positive first impression in the lobby.
- Set up, test, and ensure functionality of interview rooms and technical equipment.
- Provide “day-of” support for candidates, including managing emergencies or last-minute schedule changes.
- Ensure candidate comfort, safety, and experience throughout their time onsite.
- Escort candidates between interview sessions and during final departure.
Interview Coordination & Administrative Support
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, calendar management, and room bookings.
- Collaborate with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to ensure efficient coordination of interview logistics.
- Use scheduling tools to manage candidate calendars and updates.
- Track, report, and contribute to process improvements within the recruitment cycle.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, recruitment coordination, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s degree preferred; any graduate can apply.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in calendar and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
- Basic technical skills for room setup and video conferencing equipment.
- Professional presence and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Process-oriented mindset with an eye for continuous improvement.
