Job Overview

We are seeking a talented React.js Developer to join our front-end development team. You will be responsible for developing interactive, high-performance user interfaces for both web and mobile applications using React.js, Redux, Flux, and Webpack. The ideal candidate should possess strong JavaScript fundamentals, a passion for building clean and scalable UIs, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop modern, responsive user-facing features using React.js.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Build reusable front-end components and libraries for scalability.
  • Optimize components for maximum speed and performance.
  • Coordinate with UI/UX, backend, and QA teams to deliver seamless products.
  • Ensure code quality, consistency, and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Continuously explore new technologies to improve UI/UX efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and ES6+ features.
  • Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles.
  • Experience with Redux, Flux, and Immutable.js.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • Experience with build tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Understanding of JWT and authentication mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of Git/SVN/Mercurial version control systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
