Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 1.5 to 5 years of experience in manual software testing to join their team in Chennai.
Job Type: Permanent
Experience: 2 – 3 Years
Work Mode: Office Only
Salary Range: ₹2,10,000 – ₹5,20,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Design & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Manual Testing: Identify software defects through detailed manual testing processes.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with product and development teams to interpret and clarify business requirements.
- Defect Tracking: Log and manage defects, ensuring resolution through coordination with developers.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
- Reporting: Present clear, concise test reports and findings to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Propose improvements to enhance testing processes and efficiency.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- 1.5 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, and system testing
- Ability to convert business requirements into well-structured test cases
- Proficient in test documentation and defect tracking tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to automation testing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
