Job Title: QA Engineer – Offshore Delivery Center (ODC)
Location: Mysore, India
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
As part of the QA team at the ODC, you will play a key role in ensuring product excellence across Capillary’s software and multiplatform solutions. Your focus will be on qualifying deliverables through systematic, end-to-end testing, helping maintain our strong reputation for software reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases for UI and web-based applications.
- Work closely with development, product management, and support teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Understand product functionalities and create complex testing solutions from scratch.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and risk-based test design.
- Support in debugging, root cause analysis, and initial triaging of software failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration and testing.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 0–1 year of hands-on experience in software testing or QA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exposure to UI testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with test case creation, test execution, and result documentation.
- Experience in bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla.
