Job Description

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 1–4 years of experience in functional testing, particularly within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring product quality through structured testing practices. This role requires strong collaboration with QA leads, developers, and participation in Agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications.
  • Execute test cases using test management tools.
  • Identify, log, and track defects through formal defect tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with QA Leads and developers to discuss and reproduce defects.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
  • Perform functional and ad-hoc testing for new user stories and features.
  • Use tools like JIRA, ADO, Rally, or similar for task and issue tracking.
Primary Required Skills
  • 1–4 years of hands-on experience in functional testing.
  • Strong knowledge in test case planning and execution.
  • Domain knowledge of the Healthcare industry is mandatory.
Secondary Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry workflows.
  • Experience in automation testing using low-code/no-code tools such as testRigor.
