We’re hiring a PMO / Business Operations Specialist with 4–8 years of relevant experience.
You will track, analyze, and report business KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities to leadership.
Ensure timely governance, program dashboards, and clear status updates.
Create executive-ready reports, infographics, and visual presentations.
Must have advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, MS Copilot, Data vizualization and SharePoint.
Work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to align project outcomes.
Drive clear communication through structured notes, follow-ups, and engaging visuals.
Handle multiple priorities and deadlines with strong time management.
Work independently with minimal supervision and high ownership.
Global or matrixed environment experience is an added advantage.
