Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with deep expertise in Wealth Management, Digital Platforms, and Financial Advisory Technology. This role involves driving digital transformation, enhancing client-advisor collaboration, and delivering best-in-class wealth management experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for wealth management and digital investment platforms.
  • Integrate advisor and client platforms to optimize engagement and collaboration.
  • Define product requirements and prioritize features using OKRs and data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage vendor strategy, including selection and rationalization of wealth technology partners.
  • Drive product adoption, client engagement strategies, and end-to-end experience transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to influence strategic investment decisions.
  • Ensure alignment with agile development methodologies for faster delivery and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
  • Proven track record in digital transformation within wealth management.
  • Experience with advisor-client platform integration.
  • Strong knowledge of wealth management products, digital engagement, and client experience strategies.
  • Expertise in vendor management and selecting technology partners.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and execution abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Knowledge of financial advisory technology and digital wealth platforms.
  • Familiarity with OKRs and product adoption metrics.
