We are seeking an experienced and proactive Placement Coordinator to manage and strengthen industry–academia relations, ensuring successful student placements. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a background in training & placement activities, and the ability to connect students with leading companies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners for campus placements.
- Organize placement drives, job fairs, and pre-placement talks.
- Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and career opportunities.
- Coordinate between students, faculty, and recruiters for smooth placement processes.
- Track placement activities and prepare reports for management.
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends to align placement strategies.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and event management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and documentation.
- Experience in handling corporate tie-ups and placements.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students for career readiness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management or related fields.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in placements or corporate relations.
