Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Specialist with strong techno-functional expertise in Core HR to lead and execute HCM package implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for functional reviews, testing, data conversion, integrations, and report creation, ensuring seamless delivery of Oracle HCM projects for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Expertise
- Conduct functional review and verification of Oracle HCM modules and project deliverables.
- Review functional design, configurations, and integration testing reports.
- Validate data conversion and ensure accuracy in HCM implementations.
- Provide training and support across all HCM modules as required.
Testing
- Prepare and execute test cases based on client-provided business scenarios.
- Document test results and report findings to stakeholders.
- Perform end-to-end testing for Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.
Data Conversion
- Validate data migration using HDL Loaders and other Oracle HCM tools.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance during the migration process.
Integration
- Conduct interface impact analysis for Core HR integrations.
- Coordinate with downstream system owners to validate integrations.
- Drive technical design sessions for integrations and participate in end-to-end integration testing.
Reporting
- Develop and maintain BIP, OTBI, and FDI reports in Oracle HCM.
- Ensure reports meet business requirements and support HR operations.

- Payroll Interface
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fast Formula and Data Loaders.
- Experience in functional testing, data conversion, and integration testing.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
