Education Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales & Marketing

  • MBA from Tier 1 Institutes is highly preferred

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced, result-oriented National Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations across India. This leadership role is accountable for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and strengthening brand visibility through strategic channel and influencer management. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of sales operations, distribution networks, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

A) Team & Channel Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers.
  • Establish and implement effective sales processes, team KPIs, and performance management systems.
  • Oversee and enhance channel networks including distributors and dealers across India.
  • Foster collaboration across Technical, Marketing, and Service teams for seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and channel players.

B) Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:

  • Formulate and execute national sales strategies to drive market penetration and achieve revenue targets.
  • Own and drive the company’s budgeted sales numbers, especially for Imaging products (Cameras & Accessories).
  • Ensure a healthy product mix across categories such as Mirrorless, DSLR, and Lenses.
  • Monitor sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking metrics.

C) Influencer Engagement:

  • Develop and sustain impactful relationships with photography/videography influencers, YouTubers, vloggers, and professional communities.
  • Organize and manage workshops, seminars, and events as part of influencer deliverables.
  • Leverage influencer-generated content for brand visibility and lead generation.

D) Sales Process & Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain deep understanding of products, applications, and customer segments.
  • Ensure strict adherence to sales policies, documentation, and compliance requirements.

E) Customer Relationship Management:

  • Promote customer-centric practices within the sales ecosystem.
  • Handle high-value accounts and engagements across verticals:
  • Cinematographers, Fashion Studios, Government Bodies, Institutes, Media Houses, Rental Houses, and Wildlife Professionals.
  • Develop account-specific strategies to boost customer satisfaction and retention.
