Position Overview
We are looking for a Maximo Techno-Functional Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise in IBM Maximo and Maximo Application Suite (MAS). The ideal candidate should bring a deep understanding of the manufacturing domain, with hands-on experience in development, testing, and user training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Maximo support and enhancement team, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop, configure, and customize Maximo applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Provide hands-on development support including scripting, coding, and workflow configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze business and system requirements.
- Conduct functional and performance testing of Maximo applications and enhancements.
- Deliver user and technical training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and smooth adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Maximo and MAS environments.
- Stay current with Maximo and MAS product updates and incorporate best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of total experience in Maximo with hands-on exposure to MAS (Maximo Application Suite).
- Proven track record in Maximo development, customization, and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes and workflows.
- Experience in testing, user training, and functional documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP integrations involving Maximo.
- Knowledge of SQL, Java, and related programming technologies.
- Certification in IBM Maximo or MAS is an added advantage.
