Key Responsibilities
- Research, brainstorm, and develop ideas for marketing projects and campaigns.
- Delegate assignments to the graphics and advertising teams when required.
- Supervise team members’ work, offering direction and clarification as needed.
- Ensure marketing materials and campaigns meet client specifications.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and successful campaign execution.
- Adhere to set timelines and budgetary guidelines.
- Monitor and track changes in consumer engagement post-campaign rollouts.
- Compile and present reports on campaign performance and share insights with clients.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 0–3 years in marketing, advertising, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
