Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our B2B digital marketing initiatives, focusing on brand visibility, lead generation, content strategy, and customer engagement for our loyalty technology products.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a career in digital and B2B SaaS marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development & SEO Management:
    Collaborate with SEO, content, and product marketing teams to develop high-quality, search-optimized content for loyalty and engagement audiences.
  • Campaign Execution & Support:
    Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web channels. Track campaign metrics and report on performance.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
    Analyze loyalty software trends and competitor strategies to deliver insights that inform product positioning and go-to-market approaches.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting:
    Collect and analyze data from marketing platforms to measure performance and make optimization recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with product, customer success, and content teams to align messaging, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • Content & SEO Skills:
    Strong writing ability with a knack for researching and presenting B2B content clearly. Understanding of basic on-page SEO techniques.
  • Analytical Mindset:
    Familiarity with marketing data analysis, Google Analytics, or Excel. Ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work across marketing, product, and design teams.
Nice-to-Have (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and loyalty programs.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
