Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and creative agencies to develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and execute campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring accurate setup and timely delivery.
  • Pull, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Review web analytics, engagement, and conversion data to inform and refine digital strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to established quality control protocols and process compliance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in email marketing, contributing to the continuous improvement of marketing practices.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing, technology, and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign execution and reporting.
  • Promote a data-first mindset to support informed marketing decisions and enhance customer experience.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email design principles for responsive and accessible campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to derive insights from campaign data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting findings and collaborating across teams.
  • High level of initiative, energy, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with a process-driven approach to project execution and QA.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organizational setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in email marketing campaign execution, QA, and project management.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, especially email.
  • Familiarity with email best practices, compliance, deliverability, and optimization.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining collaborative relationships across teams.
  • Any graduate degree with a minimum of 2+ years in email marketing will be an advantage.
