Job Title: Manager – Product Technical (EV)
Location: Delhi, DL, IN – 110070
Company: Hero MotoCorp
Function: Global Business Unit

Role Overview:

As Manager – Product Technical (EV), you will play a critical role in translating Hero’s global EV strategy into real-world execution. You will be the bridge between R&D and international markets, ensuring the technical readiness and quality of Hero’s electric vehicles (EVs) for global and domestic launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product development.
  • Conduct and oversee technical training for distributor teams on EV products and service processes.
  • Define, implement, and align after-sales service architecture, norms, and processes for international markets.
  • Approve warranty and KD (Knock Down) kit claims submitted by distributors.
  • Support global and domestic launches of Hero’s EV product line.
Qualifications:
  • Education: B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience: 4–7 years of relevant experience in Electric Vehicles (EVs)
Technical Skills:
  • Strong foundation in Mechanical/Electrical engineering related to EVs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Behavioral Competencies:
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
  • High ownership and execution focus
