Job Description

Experience: 10+ years (5+ in financial reporting)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory
Industry Background: MNC or Big Four experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements as per IND AS, IFRS, and US GAAP
  • Ensure timely, accurate reporting to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
  • Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly
  • Oversee internal controls and financial planning
  • Provide actionable insights to senior management
Key Skills:
  • Strong in Excel, financial analysis, and reporting tools
  • Deep understanding of accounting standards and compliance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ideal candidate: A CA-qualified financial leader with strong technical expertise in global accounting standards and proven experience in corporate financial reporting.
