Experience: 10+ years (5+ in financial reporting)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory
Industry Background: MNC or Big Four experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements as per IND AS, IFRS, and US GAAP
- Ensure timely, accurate reporting to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly
- Oversee internal controls and financial planning
- Provide actionable insights to senior management
Key Skills:
- Strong in Excel, financial analysis, and reporting tools
- Deep understanding of accounting standards and compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ideal candidate: A CA-qualified financial leader with strong technical expertise in global accounting standards and proven experience in corporate financial reporting.
