Role Overview
As an Executive in Maintenance (Production – Manufacturing & Engineering), you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and facilities at our Dahej plant. This role offers excellent exposure to the pharmaceutical manufacturing process, plant utilities, and engineering systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance of production and utility equipment.
- Support installation, calibration, and validation of machinery.
- Ensure minimal downtime by effective troubleshooting of breakdowns.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Follow safety, health, and environmental standards during maintenance activities.
- Assist senior engineers in continuous improvement projects.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Vocational / Diploma / Technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply).
