In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for experienced professionals exploring our online/blended learning programs. You’ll guide them in making informed decisions that accelerate their career growth, while driving program enrollments across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion:
Engage with a high volume of well-qualified leads through calls and emails, and guide them through the entire sales cycle — from first interaction to final enrollment. -
Consultative Counseling:
Understand the professional background and aspirations of prospective learners, and recommend the most suitable programs to support their career goals. -
Sales Execution:
Drive inquiries and admissions for our online/blended learning programs across both domestic and international markets. -
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and lead status using MIS tools and Excel.
Qualifications & Skills

0–2 years of professional experience, preferably in BPOs, inside sales, academic counseling, or sectors like Travel, BFSI, EdTech, or FinTech

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
