Inside Sales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist

BE / BCA / BBA / MBA

(Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not mandatory)

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales (SaaS / EdTech preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (lead tracking and reporting)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to research and identify potential business opportunities

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities using online research, LinkedIn, databases, and industry events
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social channels)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and prospect data in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the sales team to handover qualified leads and support conversion
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Track, measure, and report lead generation performance metrics
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices

Preferred Experience

  • Background in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B technology sales
  • Experience working with sales pipelines and reporting dashboards
