Job Title: Kinaxis Rapid Response Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Kinaxis Rapid Response Specialist with a strong background in supply chain management to join our team. This role will focus on configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform to enhance supply chain efficiency and business performance. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and functional supply chain knowledge to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform to meet organizational needs.
  • Develop and configure resources such as worksheets, scripts, alerts, metrics, scorecards, and administration modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Provide technical support, training, and user guidance on the Kinaxis platform.
  • Analyze supply chain data to deliver actionable insights and continuous improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within the supply chain.
  • Stay updated with the latest Kinaxis Rapid Response features and best practices.
  • Participate in end-to-end project implementations, upgrades, and support activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in supply chain management with at least 2+ full implementation projects in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and RapidResponse (RR).
  • Experience with data module, import/export interfaces, and external systems (MS-SQL or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Advanced Planning tools.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain concepts such as forecasting, inventory management, MRP, scheduling, and manufacturing planning solutions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have (Preferred)

  • Kinaxis Integration Consultant Level 1 certification.
  • RapidResponse Author Level 1 or Level 2 certification.
  • Japanese language proficiency (added advantage).
  • Experience with query/report development and statistical forecasting.
