Our client is looking for an experienced and strategically driven Key Account Manager (Supplier Onboarding Manager) for their beauty and cosmetics division. This is a high-impact role with direct involvement in supplier onboarding and category ownership for their D2C platform. The ideal candidate must bring industry knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and an existing network in the beauty and personal care (BPC) ecosystem.

Working: Office Only (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum

Role Summary
You will be the architect of the brand portfolio for Seelingo’s Beauty D2C platform in India. From identifying and onboarding brands to curating the product assortment and working across teams, you’ll ensure the platform features top-tier BPC products and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard beauty and personal care brands and suppliers
- Negotiate terms and finalize SKU selections for platform listings
- Serve as the main point of contact for new suppliers throughout onboarding
- Drive process improvements in onboarding workflows
- Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and tech teams for seamless coordination
- Use data to guide supplier performance evaluation, prioritization, and selection
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
- Industry Network: Strong personal connections with cosmetics/beauty brands
- Category Expertise: Proven understanding of the BPC ecosystem is mandatory
- Strategic & Data-Driven: Ability to make decisions based on performance metrics and analytics
- Negotiation & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to influence and build supplier relationships
- Operational Execution: Attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end onboarding operations
