Job Description

Location: South Delhi, India

Working: Office Only (Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM)

Experience: 4 – 6 Years

Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum

About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager / Supplier Onboarding Manager for the Beauty & Personal Care category. This role involves onboarding top cosmetic and beauty brands, negotiating deals, and ensuring a strong product mix on the D2C platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard premium beauty and personal care brands.
  • Manage supplier relationships and guide them through onboarding processes.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize SKUs for the platform.
  • Optimize onboarding processes and coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, etc.).
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions regarding brand selection and performance tracking.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, and Personal Care category.
  • Strong industry network and supplier sourcing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in South Delhi.
