We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Recruiter with 0–1 year of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory staffing experience required). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle. You will play a vital role in sourcing and attracting top-tier IT talent for our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, technical fit, and cultural alignment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and draft effective job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future needs.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Staffing experience in IT recruitment.
- Understanding of IT technologies and related roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms, ATS, and sourcing tools.
