About the Role

Sandat Web Solution is seeking a talented Java Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle—designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality Java-based applications that meet our business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Java and Java EE applications with high performance and scalability.
  • Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional application designs.
  • Ensure application designs align with business goals and technical best practices.
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code.
  • Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
  • Prepare detailed design documentation and technical specifications.
  • Propose and implement improvements to current Java infrastructure.
  • Prepare and release software components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions on time.
  • Support continuous improvement by researching and recommending new technologies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–6 years in Java development.
  • Proficiency in Java, Java EE, and related frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Experience with application design, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
