Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role demands a strong blend of instructional design, UX awareness, technical fluency, and project management. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative learning solutions that support performance, engagement, and skill development.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, manage, and maintain training content and curriculum across multiple delivery formats (e-learning, instructor-led, hybrid).
- Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, identifying risks, dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve learning products for scalability, engagement, and performance impact.
- Analyze learner personas and training environments to recommend targeted, scalable solutions.
- Apply UI/UX and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) principles in content and delivery design.
- Incorporate game-based learning, simulations, AI-driven tools, AR/VR and other cutting-edge technologies.
- Leverage AWS tools and LMS platforms (e.g., Rise, Articulate, SCORM, etc.) to host and distribute training.
- Travel occasionally to conduct in-person workshops and hands-on sessions.
- Create and manage product branding, internal wikis, posters, and supporting communications.
- Write compelling content to support program communication at every stage of the product lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years in instructional design, training coordination, or learning experience design.
- Working knowledge of LMS systems, SCORM standards, and eLearning tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, etc.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript—especially for troubleshooting or customizing digital content.
- Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD.
- Ability to design immersive experiences using simulations, games, and interactive content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with Amazon systems and fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong ownership, curiosity, and a commitment to delivering results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI, chatbots, or AR/VR into learning modules.
- Exposure to performance measurement and using learning analytics to improve programs.
- Prior work in corporate learning environments or with tech-driven training initiatives.
