Job Summary
We are looking for a Human Resource Specialist to join our People Operations team.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong HR systems knowledge, hands-on experience in HRMS platforms, and a passion for optimizing HR processes through technology and data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to proactively build business and IT understanding to provide effective solutions to HR and organizational challenges.
- Hands-on experience waith Oracle HCM module implementation and administration.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft security administration, including managing user roles, permission lists, security configurations, and audit compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience working with PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2.
- Strong SQL skills (joins, queries, report generation).
- Advanced Excel expertise (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, macros).
- Experience with HR systems such as Human Capital Management, ATS, Time & Attendance tools.
- Experience executing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent customer service, time management, organizational, and communication skills.
