Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Assist with onboarding and induction processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment (IT or Non-IT).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
