Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operational Excellence Analyst to join our team in Noida. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing HR operational processes by driving efficiency, improving quality, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR operations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in mapping, documenting, and optimizing HR operational processes
- Support the development and deployment of HR operational excellence frameworks and methodologies
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Maintain high-quality documentation and adhere to internal governance standards
- Support internal audits and compliance efforts related to HR operations
- Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and track progress against operational goals
- Work under the guidance of senior practitioners and contribute meaningfully in a team setting
- Deliver timely and accurate outputs with increasing levels of independence
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, process excellence, or shared services environment
- Exposure to operational excellence tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen (certification preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative culture
