Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support and coordinate HR functions across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and coordination with hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation and statutory compliance.
- Organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
- Draft and circulate HR-related communication.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management.
- Handle queries related to HR policies and processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
