Job Description

Our client is looking for a Factory Admin who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative and HR activities at their factory location. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and experienced in managing factory operations, vendor coordination, compliance, and employee-related processes

Location: Maharashtra, India
Experience: 4 – 8 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum
Work Mode: Office Only

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

  •  Identify and finalize vendors for stationery, housekeeping, AMC, and maintenance services
  •  Collect quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure proper documentation and compliance

Facility & Maintenance:

  • Supervise cleanliness and housekeeping staff
  • Manage repairs and factory infrastructure (electricity, telephony, pest control, etc.)
  • Coordinate with vendors to complete work as per schedule

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare MIS reports, manpower and transportation data
  • Manage petty cash with accurate documentation and voucher tracking
  • Verify bills, take Factory Manager’s approval, and submit for processing

Courier & Stock Management:

  • Maintain registers for inward/outward posts
  •  Track and replenish stock of factory supplies and prepare monthly consumption reports

HR Support:

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of technical staff (including visits to ITIs)
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and prepare OT sheets using biometric logs
  • Support employee engagement, safety compliance, and grievance handling
  • Conduct random checks at security points and display necessary notices

Candidate Profile:

  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant admin or HR training preferred
  •  4–8 years of factory or plant admin experience
  •  Strong vendor management, documentation, and coordination skills
  •  Familiar with compliance, safety, and HR protocols
  •  Hands-on experience in factory HR operations is a plus

Note: Candidate will join client on fulltime payroll.
