Executive / Senior Executive – Stores
Location: Bangalore

About the Job
Responsible for managing store operations, including material receipt, kitting, inventory verification, and ensuring proper documentation for aerospace manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handover kits to subcontractors and in-house production with proper identification.
- Receive, verify, and account for materials, including returns and rejected items.
- Perform stock verification, cycle counting, and GRN processing.
- Maintain orderliness, proper storage, and adherence to FOD/ESD work instructions.
- Coordinate with Production, SQA, Purchase, and Finance for timely material handling.
- Document and update records for scrap, shelf-life expiry, and temperature/humidity monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in stores or material management in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of material handling procedures, kitting, and inventory management.
- Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes preferred.
- Familiarity with store documentation and reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock verification.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle FOD/ESD materials safely.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory system
