About the Role

We are seeking an Executive – IT (AI Engineering) who will contribute to building and deploying next-generation AI solutions. This role offers exposure to Generative AI, applied ML systems, and intelligent automation while working with cutting-edge technologies like LLMs, embeddings, and agent frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions using LLMs, SLMs, embeddings, and advanced ML techniques.
• Develop intelligent chatbots, voice-enabled systems, and autonomous agentic AI applications for business use cases.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with embeddings and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Fine-tune and customize open-source and proprietary LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, Phi-4) for domain-specific tasks.
• Build scalable APIs and microservices to integrate AI models into enterprise applications.
• Manage the full AI lifecycle from experimentation to deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to translate requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Stay updated on GenAI advancements, multimodal AI, and automation frameworks to drive innovation.
• Apply evaluation frameworks to measure prompt robustness, reduce hallucinations, and enable human-in-the-loop feedback.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/NLP application development (LLMs/GenAI preferred).
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in Hugging Face, LangChain, LanGraph, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, model optimization, evaluation metrics, and deployment strategies.
• Experience in containerization (Docker), APIs (FastAPI/Flask), and cloud deployment.
• Familiarity with speech-to-text and voice AI systems (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and research abilities.

Educational Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Specialization or certifications in AI, ML, or Data Science are highly desirable.
