Our Client is Looking for: Euclid Application Developer
Location: Mumbai (Powai) | Hybrid (Office + Home)
Duration: Permanent
Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Salary Range: ₹9,00,000 – ₹25,00,000 per annum
Job Overview:
The Euclid App Developer will be an individual contributor responsible for developing global feeds, regulatory interfaces, and enhancements in the Euclid application. The role also involves handling UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and L3 production support for Global Markets IT (GMIT) systems.
About GMIT Division:
GMIT provides technology solutions for Global Markets processes, including:
- FX, Rates, Securitized Products, Equities, Futures & Options
- FI/EQ Derivatives, Prime Services (including financing)
- Sales & Research
- Position, Risk Management, and P&L analysis
It also interfaces with Corporate Settlement, Risk, and Finance systems. GMIT is a 300+ member division with strong technical and functional capabilities in the above areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of global feeds and regulatory interfaces.
- Work on system enhancements and continuous improvements for the Euclid application.
- Handle UAT activities and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Provide Level 3 production support and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and implementation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience Band: 3 to 5 Years in application development.
- Strong technical expertise in Java / Core Java / Multithreading (or relevant backend language).
- Good understanding of database systems (SQL/PL-SQL).
- Familiarity with financial markets, risk management, and regulatory systems is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
