Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain data integration processes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, SSIS, or similar, along with a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend, Informatica, SSIS, or similar tools.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, flat files).
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy while loading data into target systems.
  • Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.
  • Debug and troubleshoot ETL workflows and resolve issues.
  • Document ETL processes, data models, and workflows for team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on ETL development and data integration experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
  • Practical experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar.
  • Understanding of data modeling and governance best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with Snowflake or willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their ETL services.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake for analytics and data warehousing.
