Role Overview
Accops is looking for an experienced and visionary Director – Professional Services to lead our global service delivery operations. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution ability, and a passion for driving high-impact outcomes through large-scale project management, client success, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of professional services and solutions across geographies and industries.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution of multiple IT projects in line with business objectives and client expectations.
- Implement and track KPIs, metrics, and reporting dashboards to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of project managers, consultants, and solution engineers.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
- Identify and bridge skill gaps by defining and executing upskilling and cross-training programs.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for project-related and client issues, ensuring timely and strategic resolution.
- Strengthen customer relationships through strategic engagement and trust-building, driving satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Presales, Product, Customer Success, and Development teams to align project goals with business priorities.
- Define and enhance delivery methodologies, workflows, documentation standards, and tools.
- Drive efficiency and scalability through automation, standardization, and process innovation.
- Lead and govern Change Management with customers and product engineering for effective SoW transitions and iterations.
- Direct customer engagement in solution design, configuration, deployment, and implementation aligned with Accops Solution Suites.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as and when required.
Technical Skills Required
Mandatory:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT services, delivery frameworks, and project portfolios.
- Strong understanding of Virtualization Technologies (e.g., Accops, Citrix, Omnissa).
- Solid grasp of Zero Trust Security Frameworks including IAM, ZTNA, etc.
- Expertise in cross-functional team leadership, project execution, and service excellence.
Certifications (Good to Have):

PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications in project and service management.
