About the Role:
Cognizant is looking for a Digital Product Analyst to join our innovative and collaborative digital team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting digital product lifecycle management, user acceptance testing, dashboard maintenance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and high-quality product launches. This position is perfect for professionals with strong analytical skills and a passion for digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate new product features and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of product features, user stories, and technical processes.
- Manage and monitor product performance dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct feasibility studies and contribute to data-driven prioritization of product roadmaps.
- Effectively communicate findings, challenges, and progress to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Support Food & Beverage, Operations, and Finance teams with launch activities and ensure seamless go-to-market readiness.
- Assist in ad-hoc product tasks, maintenance, and project initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital product coordination, preferably in e-commerce or digital platforms.
- Solid knowledge of product testing, project documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
