Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India
Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience Required: 1 – 5 Years
Salary Range: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,20,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Identify customer needs and guide them on using relevant features or services
- Log product malfunctions and simulate user issues for diagnosis
- Maintain and update internal databases with support-related information
- Monitor and address customer complaints on social platforms
- Relay customer feedback and feature requests to internal teams
- Inform clients about updates, new features, and resolutions
- Follow up to ensure satisfactory problem resolution
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or related roles
- Graduate qualification is mandatory
- Familiarity with logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage
- Proficiency with help desk tools and remote support software
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and handle challenging customer interactions
- Fluent in English and local language
