Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with experience in the healthcare field. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
- Handle customer complaints, provide suitable solutions, and follow up for resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues effectively.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Assess and identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and present weekly dashboards for customer complaints and resolutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
- Strong phone-handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Graduation in any healthcare domain (preferred).
- Proficiency in English with strong technical communication.
Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM
