Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with experience in the healthcare field. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide suitable solutions, and follow up for resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues effectively.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Assess and identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present weekly dashboards for customer complaints and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone-handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Graduation in any healthcare domain (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English with strong technical communication.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM
