We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic professional to lead customer segmentation and journey mapping initiatives within our Customer Data Platform (CDP). This role will be instrumental in designing personalized user journeys, identifying key customer segments using demographic, behavioral, and event-based data, and enabling data-driven engagement strategies that drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design personalized customer journey maps aligned with business goals and user behavior patterns.
- Identify and define customer segments using demographic, behavioral, and event-driven insights within the CDP.
- Build journey maps, dashboards, and reports to visualize customer paths and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate in agile teams, actively participating in scrum routines, sprint planning, and cross-functional discussions.
- Manage project progress using Jira, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer segmentation, journey mapping, or CDP implementation.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, personalization strategies, and lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar CDPs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign operations.
- Experience working in Agile environments with Jira for project tracking.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and event-based triggers.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable customer experiences.
- Technical knowledge in HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, and software design architecture to support campaign execution.
