Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and strategic CSR Program Manager to lead initiatives that create a positive social and environmental impact. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing corporate social responsibility programs that align with our mission, values, and long-term business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement CSR strategies and programs aligned with organizational values.
- Manage partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, and government bodies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR initiatives, ensuring measurable impact.
- Plan and execute sustainability, diversity & inclusion, and community engagement programs.
- Prepare and present reports on CSR activities, outcomes, and social return on investment (SROI).
- Promote employee engagement in CSR initiatives through awareness campaigns and volunteering activities.
- Stay updated on global CSR trends, ESG standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the organization in CSR forums, events, and public engagements.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Business, Sustainability, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or social impact program management.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to design, execute, and measure impact-driven initiatives.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks, CSR laws, and sustainability practices.
