Responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing crash safety tests to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal performance requirements. The role involves close coordination with design, development, and validation teams to evaluate vehicle safety performance and recommend improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare test plans and execute crash safety tests according to regulatory and internal standards.
- Operate and maintain crash test equipment and instrumentation.
- Collect, process, and analyze crash test data to generate technical reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address safety-related design issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during all testing phases.
- Participate in root cause analysis and provide engineering recommendations for safety enhancements.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or related Engineering discipline.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in crash safety testing, automotive validation, or related domains.
- Knowledge of vehicle crash regulations, test methods, and instrumentation.
- Familiarity with data acquisition systems, high-speed cameras, and analysis tools.
