Role Summary
The Cluster Learning & Development Manager leads training and talent development initiatives across multiple Hilton properties. The role focuses on building capability, implementing brand training standards, developing talent programs, and ensuring learning aligns with business goals across the cluster.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement hotel-wide training and talent development programs.
- Coordinate cross-training, orientation, and certification initiatives.
- Maintain training resources, records, and compliance with brand standards.
- Conduct training needs analysis and deliver in-house learning programs.
- Support managers in leadership development and career planning.
- Integrate learning goals with business plans and budgets.
- Manage training calendars, reporting, and department budgets.
- Facilitate multi-skilling and performance development plans.
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and team member policies.
- Support departmental trainers and promote a positive learning culture.
Candidate Profile
- University graduate.
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel Learning & Development (200+ room inventory preferred).
- At least 3 years in a managerial or training role.
- Strong knowledge of L&D frameworks and talent programs.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and project management ability.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
